Prairie Fire Glaze for Meats

Ingredients

  • 1 jar The Prairie Gypsies’ Prairie Fire Jam

  • 1/2 c. maple syrup

  • 1 T. The Prairie Gypsies' Apricot Mustard

  • 1/2 t. cayenne

  • 2 t. jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced (optional)


Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Use as a glaze for ham, ribs, chicken or beef.
