Delivery

Delivery of food items within the service area and, if applicable and/or possible, same day pickup of serving platters and utensils. $40.00

Wait Staff/Bartenders

We have a roster of highly skilled wait staff, bartenders and/or kitchen assistants for setup and replenishment of a buffet meal or service for a sit-down event...this staff can also provide clean-up after the event. $125.00 per staff member

Note: price is for service up to six hours...additional fee applies if event is longer...keep in mind the event "starts" with our arrival with food and service and "ends" when we depart the event.

Rental Items

We are happy to arrange for any or all of the tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware or linens you will require for your event, arranging for delivery and pickup...a 20% markup will apply...if you would prefer to make these arrangements yourself, we can provide you with names and phone numbers of local rental companies.


Caterer's Assistance

When the event calls for one or more of The Prairie Gypsies or one or more of our designated supervisors to be on-site to oversee food preparation and/or presentation, oversee service and clean-up...larger events usually do require this...ask for an estimate, a three-hour minimum applies. $50.00 per hour

Other Information:

  • Payment is due when services are rendered.

  • At times a deposit is required in order to reserve a date for service...if so, that deposit will be at least one-third of the entire amount and is non-refundable.

  • Rental of our serving pieces without our attendance at an event is an option providing arrangements can be made for their return...if lost or broken, we expect payment to replace.

  • Sales tax will apply on food and rental costs unless client holds exempt status.

  • Sit down service is available and is subject to an additional charge, a minimum of $5 per person, but will be determined by a site visit or description of the event facility.

  • Site visits are required for large events and weddings. They are a minimum of $50.00 per visit.

  • Location, distance, lack of lighting or any other circumstance that are hazardous to wait staff are subject to an additional charge.
