Red Hot Lover Baked Beans
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove, cool and crumble. Add chopped onion to drippings and saute until soft.
Add beans from can to skillet and stir to combine with onion. Add Red Hot Lover Pepper Jam, stir to combine. Heat until bubbly, remove to a lightly-greased 8x8 glass pan or your favorite serving dish that's oven-safe and top with crumbled bacon. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Serve hot or warm.
