Creamy Parmesan Gypsy
(yields approximately 1 cup)

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sour cream



• 1/4 cup The Prairie Gypsies Parmesan Gypsy (shake well before measuring)



• 1/4 cup milk



• 1/4 salt

Preparation

Mix ingredients. Serve over roasted vegetables or mixed greens for a creamy alternative to the vinaigrette.

Variations

• Add: 1 T. The Prairie Gypsies Apricot Mustard (for a little spice)



• Add: 1/2 cup mayonnaise for a thicker consistency (eliminate the milk)



• Add: 1 T. Parmesan cheese (use as a dip for fresh veggies)

Great as a spread for a ham or turkey sandwich!
