Red Hot Lover Pork Dumplings
Combine first 9 ingredients in a food processor. Process until rough chopped. Scoop a small amount into the middle of a wonton wrapper and pinch the wrapper around pork, dust with cornstarch. Steam in a steamer lined with parchment for 6-8 minutes. Drizzle with the garlic oil. Combine 1/4 cup of The Prairie Gypsies’ Red Hot Lover Pepper Jam with 2 Tablespoons of soy sauce for dipping.
