2 cups Cherry Rosemary Jelly, Blackberry Sage Jelly or Apple Basil Jelly
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 jalapeno, minced (optional)
1/4 cup ketchup
2 T. white wine vinegar
2 T. tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a bowl stirring to combine. Slather on with a basting brush when grilling chicken or ribs.
