Blackberry Sage Glazed Ribs
Place ribs in roasting pan. Combine soy sauce, jelly, honey and garlic and pour over ribs. Cover and bake at 350° 60-90 minutes or until ribs are tender.
Strain pan drippings into a sauce pan and place over medium heat. Add cornstarch-water mixture, stir and heat until thickened. Serve sauce on the side or pour over the ribs.
If you are grilling the ribs, combine sauce ingredients (without the cornstarch mixture) and brush frequently.
