Apple Basil Vinaigrette
(makes about 1 cup)

Ingredients

• 4 T. rice vinegar



• 2 T. lime juice



• 1 t. ground ginger



• 1 6 oz. jar The Prairie Gypsies’ Apple Basil Jelly



• 1/2 t. chili sauce or chili garlic sauce



• 1 t. sesame oil



• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.

This is excellent as a dressing for Cole slaw or any green salad.

Try These Alternatives! As a marinade or stir-fry sauce for chicken, fish, or pork. Drizzle on top of a grilled chicken breast or pork chop or your favorite egg rolls! Excellent over baked or grilled fish.
