Cauliflower, bacon, onion, and Cajun spice make this cheesy yummy soup really stand out.
Tuesday:

Entree: Creamy Chicken Enchilada
(flour tortilla filled with chicken, onion, bell pepper, green chili, a sauce of butter, flour, cream, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, served with Spanish rice, sour cream, salsa ...what is there NOT to like?)

Soup: Jalapeno Corn Chowder (v)
(corn, milk, roasted red bell pepper, jalapeno, feta cheese and pasta)
Wednesday:

Entree: Old Fashioned Pot Roast
(roast beef, potatoes, carrots, onions and celery slow simmered...delicious)

Soup: Creamy Potato Soup
(potatoes, milk, sour cream, cream cheese, onion, celery, garlic, veggie broth, chives, salt & pepper)
Thursday:

Entree: Spinach Artichoke Chicken Pasta
Our own spinach artichoke dip whisked into Alfredo sauce tossed with pasta, topped with grilled chicken, garnished with chopped grape tomatoes, bacon bits and parmesan cheese.

Soup: Broccoli Cheese (v)
(fresh broccoli, onion, garlic, vegetable broth, milk and creamy cheese)
Friday:

Entree: Salsa Verde Pork Taco Casserole
Our fabulous and now famous salsa verde pork that is usually on our soft taco bar is now offered in a casserole...pork butt braised in salsa verde, onion, oregano, cumin, coriandor, salt, pepper and chicken broth, layered with Southwest seasoned bell pepper, poblano pepper, zucchini, onion, corn tortillas and colby-jack cheese, baked...love it!
