Salmon with peas, pasta, and mushrooms in a creamy lemon sauce. Delish!

Entree: Lemon Chicken Piccata
(boneless, skinless chicken breast lightly dusted with flour, browned in butter and olive oil, finished with a sauce of white wine, lemon juice and capers served over pasta)

(very creamy and rich with brie cheese, green chilies, onion and celery...wonderful)
Thursday:

Entree: French Market Meatloaf
(sauteed Andouille sausage, onion, bell pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme and oregano mixed with certified natural ground beef, beef broth, tomato sauce, breadcrumbs and egg, baked, served with tomato gravy and steamed green beans)

Entree: Caramelized Pear and Blue Cheese Pizza
This one is a favorite. We caramelize pears and onions and add blue cheese and mozzarella and top it with some almonds. Yum!
