(the best "grandma" meatloaf you'll ever have...traditional with onion and cracker crumbs topped with catsup...served with mashed potatoes)
Soup: Chickpea and Winter Vegetable Stew (v)
Butternut squash, carrot, potato, chickpeas, onion, leek, turnip, and vegetable broth seasoned with coriander, caraway seeds, cumin, cayenne, garlic, salt, honey, harissa, we add tomato paste and couscous...delightful!

(our own recipe...boneless, skinless chicken breast, honey, mayo, our own Apricot Mustard...baked and served with a creamy sauce over rice)
Soup: White Chili
(white navy beans with bits of chicken, tomato, green chilies, onion, garlic, cumin, chili seasonings and oregano...stock up on this one...order a couple quarts!)

Onion, celery, jalapeno, sweet Italian sausage, smoked ham, and andouille sausage seasoned with thyme, salt and pepper, mixed with Gruyere cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, half-and half, chicken broth and bread crumbs, baked
Soup: Tuscan White Bean
(ham, white beans, onion, garlic, bay leaves and fresh rosemary simmered with Parmesan rind...filling and hearty!)

Salmon fillet marinated in soy sauce, apple juice, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and green onion, baked, served with mixed vegetables.
Soup: Rosemary Chicken Noodle Soup
(whole wheat noodles with onion, celery, mushrooms, spinach, carrot, parsley, chicken, chicken broth, a little lemon juice and pepper)

Saturday:

Entree: Gypsies' Special
Call in the a.m. to see what we're cooking. It may be a quiche, a chili, or something prepared by a guest chef. Or we may be cleaning out the fridge. Regardless, you'll love it.
Soup: No Soup-It's Saturday
So Sorry! There is no soup on Saturday's menu. Look for delicious soups in our freezer.
